Pre Season Training Schedule
Women’s train at the Showgrounds Monday 6:30-8 pm. The main training night during the season will be Wednesday nights. Leonard & Madden train and play as one squad. The Club is pleased to announce it’s First Grade Men’s Pascoe Cup Coach will again be Andy Heller, a role he has held since 2020. Southies Media & Marketing interviewed the Sotoninan, lifting up his baseball cap (which he is dangerously close to being too old to wear) and having a peek inside Wagga’s sharpest footballing brains.

M&M: How would you define your football philosophy?
AH: I like to play free flowing, high pressure attacking football with a solid hard to beat base. We managed to implement a lot of this in our Pascoe, Gardiner and Blake sides last season which was great to see. The comments I received off the pitch suggested we were both good to watch and hard to play against too which is very important to me, winning games playing boring football is definitely not my style.
